PFF NC HarOON Malik says, "Football will be a bigger sport than cricket in Pakistan within 10 years"

Me, being a die-hard cricket fan, it’s safe to say I don’t have to be part of the Football VS cricket debate. Recently, the President of the Pakistan Football Federation Normalizations Committee, suggested that the world-famous sport can replace country’s favourite sport, Cricket. His statement came because the northern areas share massive passion for football. To be honest, it’s a dumb statement. I mean if Football is that popular in the northern areas, then why cricket is popular in Pakistan? Out of 10 sports in Pakistan, people often engage in heated argument, whenever the two sports are thrown together. But none the less, I believe, cricket fever is too strong to be replaced any other sport, even if its FOOTBALL.
