I have gained a lot of weight recently. Mostly because I have been working from home for past 5 months. due to some personal reasons. Some one suggested me to opt for Keto diet. I have started my journey like a week ago, Is there a way to fasten the process ? Also, it Ketosis dangerous in any way ?
I don't understand why people lean on intense diets such as keto. Why not tone down your body in a natural way. Simply cut down sugary food and junk food. You will be loosing weight in no time. Also, if you really want instant results, then simply add dedicated work out routine to help your body get lean and more active.
I had the same question. As I am following the thread, it made me wondered does exercise speed up weight loss in ketosis ? Isn't altering your diet enough ? The thing is I get light-headed easily so I do exercise but not intensely. For example, I would jog lightly in one place or have a quick walk around the block.
