Why do startups fail in Pakistan ?

I have noticed that start-ups in Pakistan tend to fail in their first year. From my understanding , the top 6 reasons why start-ups fail could be the following:

1. Poor understanding of the marketing
2. Not setting an advertising budget 
3. Failed to make required adjustments
4. Things like Covid occurred on their watch
5. Entered into a toxic partnership
6. Ignoring what your audience needs
