My son gave me the weirdest gift on Mother's Day and this is how I feel about it

So, a few days ago, it was Mother’s Day and my children treated me to a nice meal in one of the elite restaurants in Pakistan. I received a thoughtful Mother’s day gift from my daughter, but my son gave me a weird one. I am not sure how to sound nice about this but it is really one of its kind. I wish I could upload a picture here. So, he gave me a device, that turns my mobile into a bug bite zapper. Now, the thing is my son’s first love is electronics and new devices. I totally understand his passion for it but what the hell am I supposed to do with a bug-bite zapper? He couldn’t find a customized cushion or a scented candle. I would have taken a lousy coffee mug anytime over this! I know I sound horrible as a mom but I don’t know what to say except, it is certainly one of the most memorable Mother’s day fails! Should I let him know how I feel?
