It is very surprising how celebrities can assume they can get away with shameless things like child abuse, just because they are well-known. If anything, they should receive the same punishment as other offenders receive. At a recent public event, that took place in Dalai lama’s temple in Dharamshala, the popular religious leader, misconducted a young child, in public. It was astonishing to see the Dalai Lama viral video where he kissed a boy inappropriately and even made an unsuitable request. Since the day the Dalai Lama video is everywhere on the internet, people have criticized the religious leader harshly. Following the severe backlash, Dalai Lama apologizes for his actions through his Twitter account. You don’t expect popular figures such as the 14th Damai Lama, to conduct such acts. Regardless, of what Dalai Lama net worth is, our concern is, how the young child might have felt. It is indeed a shocking act from someone as respectable as him.

Heartbreaking. I just don't understand where the world has come to. I believe no is a threat to human kind, but these powerful public figures. You can never know what are they hiding behind their flawless image!

This is quiet disturbing. A well known leader committing such act is disgusting. Issuing a simple apology wont do anything. He should have thought way before committing such act!
