Share your habits you adopted and that made you a healthier person.

  • The first thing after I wake up - drink 500 ml of water.
  • During showers - end with cold water
  • Rid yourself of sugar (I haven’t completely rid my body, but cut down dramatically)
  • Vitamin C - the real deal
  • Hot water
  • Deep Breathe
  • Flavor your world (like roots, berries, herbs, bark, resin, fruit, seeds, etc)
  • Walk
  • Stairs (opt for stairs instead of escalator or elevator)
