I am a dermatologist. I see many of my clients complain the same. The right thing for you to is increase your water intake during Suhoor and iftar. Try adding smoothies in your meals and do not minus protein. Alot of people make this mistake. Kindly avoid oily food and unhealthy junk food too.

Well, these things are not limited to girls only. I myself struggle with this. I would suggest to eat fruits that are filled with anti-oxidants. Such as strawberries and apricots, as they definitely help in keeping the skin fresh and glowy. Following this skincare routine during Ramadan really helps me out.

Oh I can feel you. I suffer from the same issue. I would suggest to add use oil-based serum as it really locks in moisture and makes your skin look radiant and healthy. Also, apart from water, try to incorporate yogurt based drinks into your diet. Follow this hydrating skincare routine and see the difference.

Happy Ramadan to you. Yes it quiet common to have dry skin during the fasting period. it is due to lack of water consumed. I would suggest you divide your water intake into suhoor and iftar. Have 4 glasses before closing of the fast and 4 in the evening, once you have broke it. It is one of the most effective tricks for Ramadan.
