I am suffering from severe acne issues. One of my cousins told me that drinking Pomegranate every day is extremely beneficial for the skin. I am getting married in less than 30 days, which is why I don't want to do any sort of experiments. I need advices with tried and tested solutions please. If it is really good, then how much pomegranate juice per day should I consume ?03:16 PM 17 Nov, 2022
I understand what you are going through, acne always breaks out at the worse time. I sadly have no remedies to share with you but I will definitely advice you to consult a professional dermatologist. Apart from curing acne, Pomegranate is extremely healthy for the skin but it wont fix your issue in minimum time. Although it is safe to have it in daily routine, as it fasts metabolism too. Not sure, which one of the pomegranate's juice is a better option, the red one or white ?
I don't understand why you would seek advice for acne on an online community. It would help if you visited a dermatologist. If your acne is severe then it probably won't go away from drinking fresh juices. Look for a reliable dermatologist, preferably one with expertise in Acne. As you say, with your wedding around the corner, you might not want to try solutions recommended by netizens, the results are mostly not promising but if you must then try applying ice because that is the safest and simplest remedy.
There are various health benefits of pomegranate juice if you are having skin problems. You can easily consume it in your daily routine. However, keeping in mind, that your wedding is in less than a month, treating the acne could be a real challenge. I would say, applying a paste of crushed aspirin would be the safest treatment. Also, try to drink plenty of water and keep stress away, as it makes the acne breakouts worse. I understand with a wedding in the house, the environment can be really tense but if you want a glow and bright face on the wedding day, then it might be wiser to cut down anxieties as well.
Sorry to hear what you are going through. Pomegranate juice is very beneficial for the skin as it reduces wrinkles and treats acne too. Pomegranate benefits females and males equally. But you need quick effective results. Since you are short on time, I would advise you to go for other natural ways that are rapid in showing results. Applying tree oil directly to the spots might help you more productively. Plus, if you don't want to do unreliable experiments, this is the best option. I would also suggest adding moisturizer too if you have dry skin.
